Analisis Peramalan Harga Minyak Goreng Di Jawa Tengah

Central Java province is one of the provinces in Indonesia that cannot produce palm oil because there is no oil palm plantation. So they cannot produce cooking oil independently. The purpose of this study is to determine the price of oil in Central Java for the next year using the forecasting method. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods with secondary data. The data used is Central Java cooking oil price data from August 2017 to February 2022. The study found that cooking oil prices have increased over the next year. However, the price increase only occurred in April because the following month experienced a decline again due to the policy of the government
