Determinasi Ekspor Indonesia Tahun 1990-2021

One of the activities in international trade is export. Export is an activity of selling products in the form of goods or services abroad. The existence of exports in the long term will increase economic growth through the growth of domestic industries which increase the country's foreign exchange. This study aims to examine the effect of investment, inflation and the exchange rate (rupiah exchange rate) on export activities in Indonesia from the period 1990 to 2021. This study uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) method which has both long-term and short-term effects that occur in Indonesia. each research variable. The results of this study indicate that in the long term the investment and exchange rate variables have a positive and significant effect on exports in Indonesia. While the inflation variable has no significant effect on exports in Indonesia. In the short term the exchange rate variable (the rupiah exchange rate) in the short term has a negative and significant effect on exports in Indonesia. And investment and inflation variables have no significant effect on exports in Indonesia in the short term.
