Abstract

This research uses quantitative analysis. The population in this study were all fishermen who lived in the Sumare Village Fishermen's House, totalling 80 fishermen, while the determination of the number of samples used in this study was the census method. The purpose of this study was to determine how the construction of fishermen's houses affects the welfare of fishermen in Sumare Village, Simboro District, Mamuju Regency. The results found in this study are that the construction of fishermen's houses has a very big influence in improving the welfare of fishermen and the influence of the construction of fishermen's houses on the welfare of fishermen reaches 72% and the other 28% is influenced by factors not examined.
