Pengaruh Beban Kerja Fisik dan Mental Terhadap Stres Kerja Pada Perawat di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Lariang Kabupaten Pasangkayu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of physical and mental workload on work stress among nurses at UPT Puskesmas Lariang, Pasangkayu Regency; to analyze the effect of mental workload on work stress at UPT Puskesmas Lariang, Pasangkayu Regency; and to analyze the effect of both physical and mental workload on work stress among nurses at UPT Puskesmas Lariang, Pasangkayu Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, which involves collecting numerical data or values from initial
observations, interpreting the data, and then drawing conclusions based on the results obtained. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, which states that there is a significant influence of physical workload on work stress among nurses at UPT Puskesmas Lariang, Pasangkayu Regency, is accepted. The second hypothesis, which states that there is a significant influence of mental workload on work stress among nurses at UPT Puskesmas Lariang, Pasangkayu Regency, is accepted. The third hypothesis, which states that there is a simultaneous influence of both physical and mental workload on work stress among nurses at UPT Puskesmas Lariang, Pasangkayu Regency, is also accepted.
