Abstract

This research was conducted at the Mamuju Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS), especially in obtaining data on financial services in the economic sector. The type of data in this research is quantitative data presented in the form of numbers. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the financial services sector affects employment in Mamuju Subdistrict, to find out how much the financial services sector contributes to employment in Mamuju Subdistrict, and to find out how much

the level of relationship between the financial services sector and employment in Mamuju Subdistrict, as for the results in this study is that the financial services sector affects employment but has no contribution to employment in Mamuju Subdistrict, besides that it is also found that the financial services sector does not have a very strong relationship with employment in Mamuju Subdistrict
