Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Personel Pada Kantor Polres Kota Mamuju

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence, organizational support, and managerial support on personnel performance at the Mamuju City Police Office, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative descriptive-verificative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The study population consists of 337 personnel, with a sample of 30 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and processed using SPSS version 24.0. The results indicate that, partially, individual competence, organizational support, and managerial support have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also significantly influence performance. Among them, managerial support is the most dominant factor affecting personnel performance. These findings emphasize that enhancing individual competence, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, and implementing effective managerial leadership are key factors in improving the performance of Mamuju City Police personnel in carrying out their duties of service, protection, and law enforcement within the community
